We are extremely proud of our Year 11 students who collected their exam results on 22nd August. They have shown so much resilience and have succeeded in completing their courses with some fantastic results. Of particular note are the following students who achieved these top grades in their envelopes.

Sara, who achieved grade 9’s in GCSE English, German and Science. Isak, who achieved grade 9s and 8s in English, Science, German and Computer Science. Shire, who achieved grade 9s in Science and Art. Logan who achieved 9s and 8s in Science, Mathematics and Geography, and Amelie who achieved 8s and 7s in English, Geography, Maths, Technology and Drama!

Deputy Headteacher, Mr Costley was very pleased for the students receiving their results saying “It has been a privilege to work with these young people since they joined in Year 7. They deserve to be proud and celebrate, both the results they have achieved, but also the journey that has seen them grow into the creative, independent and successful people that they are today.”

This year, 80% of our Year 11 students achieved grades 4 and above, with 23% securing top grades across the range of subjects. These outstanding results underscore the high academic standards and commitment to excellence that are the hallmarks of The Whitstable School. 

All the staff at The Whitstable School wish our year 11's the best of luck in their future progression in education, employment or training, with many of them returning to study at The Whitstable School Sixth Form.
