The Childhood Flu Vaccination Programme 2024/25 is due to take place in November. Please find attached information regarding this from the Immunisation Service.
The Immunisation Service asks that Parents/Carers go to: www.kentcht.nhs.uk/imms and click on the blue “Child vaccination form” button to complete the consent form.
The consent deadline is 12/11/2024.
